Founder, Director (Products and Operations)
Suhasini specialises in public law and policy including issues of anti-corruption, anti-harassment, ethical business practices and equal employment opportunity mechanisms. She began her career at the Jaipur High Court and later, worked in the corporate space in India. Subsequently, Suhasini earned an LLM in International Criminal Law with the United Nations in Italy. From there, she moved to the Faculty of Law, Iringa University College, Tanzania heading the Department of Student Affairs and taught International Law and ethical legal practice. Suhasini was instrumental in helping the Faculty of Law achieve major milestones of effective departmentalisation.
In India, she has been associated with major public policy projects with the Govt. of Karnataka and Project INSPIRE – an initiative in collaboration with the Ministry of Urban Development, to enable a robust legal framework for planned infrastructure development.
In 2012, Suhasini was a part of the core team of the Centre for Policy Research, New Delhi, to assess and report on Probity in Public Procurement in India and Corporate Integrity for Good Business Practices for the UNODC. She also led the Legal Empowerment Team of the Access to Justice for Marginalised People Project of the Govt. of India, in collaboration with the UNDP.
Apart from being a prolific writer, Suhasini is a regular speaker at the V. V. Giri National Labour Institute, Delhi and is also associated with the ICC of organisations across the finance, aviation, education and manufacturing sectors.

Management professional, trainer and coach with over a decade of domestic and international experience, across multiple industries including brand consulting, education, renewable energy and the arts, Jaideep has been instrumental in mentoring and coaching individuals identified to be on the fast track to corporate growth. He is one of India’s leading Soft & Communication Skills trainers with over 3500 hours of professional training experience under his belt. Jaideep’s extensive corporate and consulting experience combined with his exposure to instructional design and a special skill in training-the-trainer are an invaluable asset to the team at CubeRoute.
After earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with Honours from the University of Lincoln in the United Kingdom, Jaideep pursued an MBA and began his career with a consulting firm before moving into the education space. As a consultant, he was instrumental in designing long-term road maps for large Indian, as well as multi-national firms.
After spending nearly five years in the education industry and earning significant professional repute as a trainer, instructional designer and mentor & coach, Jaideep enrolled for the PGDM at the prestigious Indian School of Business (ISB), graduating as a recipient of the prestigious Young Leader Award for the class of 2011.
Over the years, apart form earning multiple laurels at national and regional competitions Jaideep has received numerous accolades from clients, as a trainer and as an astute consultant. He is also a well-known writer and has been in published in most English dailies in India.
