Introduction to the team's expertise in legislative Compliance, Governance, Operations, and Marketing.
Suhasini Rao is an expert in public law and policy who specialises in corporate governance, ethical business practices, and equal employment opportunity matters. She holds an LLM in International Criminal Law from the United Nations affiliated program in Italy.
In India, Suhasini has contributed to significant public policy projects focused on good governance, including those with the Government of Karnataka and the Ministry of Urban Development's Project INSPIRE, aimed at establishing a legal framework for infrastructure development. She was a key member of the Centre for Policy Research, New Delhi, working on projects such as Probity in Public Procurement and Corporate Integrity with the UNODC. She also led the Legal Empowerment Team for the Access to Justice for Marginalised People Project for the Ministry of Law, Department of Justice, Government of India, a collaborative effort with the UNDP.
Suhasini has worked with edu-tech and law-focused organisations to ideate, create proof-of-context, develop, test and launch specialised compliance and learning products, over the years.
Suhasini is a Master Trainer, with over a decade of experience in legal and regulatory interventions for public sector and corporate leadership, employees as well as the members of various committees of organisations.
Nikhil Vasuki works in project management, communications, and networking, helping clients achieve strategic and operational goals through innovative, data-driven solutions.
Nikhil’s past experience includes standards compliance across a variety of industries: finance, investment banking, defence contracting, healthcare, food production, news media, education, and, most recently, digital transformation.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Adelaide, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado.
Abhishek Jassal (AJ), is a Film & Creative Director with over a decade of thoughtful expertise who brings a profound expertise in creating intuitive and delightful user experiences.
His role involves enhancing visual direction and enriching the overall user journey, closely aligning with the innovative and efficient solutions found in the logistics sector among others.
AJ's strategic use of design and storytelling will further refine user interactions and elevate a more seamless effective engagement on all projects.
